Holiday In The Park
We were invited to Media Day for Holiday In The Park at Six Flags New England!
We did notice Six Flags CEO Jim Reid Anderson was at the park today!
It was great to meet him and he is such an awesome guy! You can tell he really enjoys his job!
They had this setup for us, for our VIP Showing of Frost, which they allowed us to take pictures & Video for this showing Only!
This is a must watch show! If you cant make it to SFNE this year there is a video below to watch the show! Everybody involved in this show is a really great talent! The stuff they do requires tons of practice, rehearsal, & you can also tell they love what they do!
After Frost, Six Flags New England’s Communication Manager – Jennifer McGrath came out and thanked us for coming ! Park President John Winkler came out as well and talked and then we were on our way to the tree lighting!
I really love the tree lighting at the park in front of Goliath! The entire cast of characters comes out, including Santa Claus ! Once The Holiday Queen has her magical bulb, she hands it off to a child to make a Christmas wish, awesome music in the back ground and after the wish is made, the Magical Bulb goes into her Scepter and with a countdown, the tree is lit and its officially time for Holiday In The Park! It’s awesome and feels magical!
Main Street has a light show every 15 minutes and is awesome! I could watch it all night long!
They introduced a Holiday Cheer Drink Package today, which has 5 drinks, but you can choose 4 different holiday themed alcoholic beverages for $24.99! They give you a card to get punched, every time you get one of your 4 drinks! I had 3 of the 4 tonight and the next time I go back, I can get the 4th! They honestly taste amazing, my only complaint is they need a tiny bit more booze, but other then that, they are amazing and so far my favorite was the JACK Frost!
Want to go shopping? They got tons of awesome stuff for Holiday In The Park!
Ornaments, Sweaters, Hats, Teddy Bear, Candles & More!
The park is lit up beautifully and so many themed areas and smells pumped through the air, its simply amazing!
They also have Midway Games themed to the holidays and you can get some cool Holiday In The Park Themed Prizes!
Holiday Themed Food is at Captain Rivi’s, Kickin Chicken, & Take 6!
Want to ride the Holiday Train? Head to Candy Cane Crossings and Hop A Board!
Before we say goodnight! Six Flags New England, did one hell of a job with Holiday In The Park! I applaud every single person who put it together, who works, who has anything to do with Holiday In The Park Period! If you have not gone yet to the park, Get your butt in gear and go enjoy the Park. Do not sit here looking at pictures, videos and posts! Do not regret missing out on the best event of the year!
